I remember doing this painting and just loving it- The energy, simplicity, and color. It's small, about 8x10, and I'd like to do these really big, at ten feet. It's just the doing of the thing sometimes feels better when it's smaller. You have more control over a smaller piece than a ten foot one. But then again the whole point was to let it get a little out of control....

A word of caution on going onto larger canvasses: you can't get away with it as easily when the work is big enough to eat you =o). I'm drawn to your work and i heart the way i can retrace your brushstrokes in the work.

So, touche.

"Thus" is the lightsaber of transition words. First nothing, then boom, it's there and you can't stop it. See? "THUS" it even has the lightsaber hum to it.:jedi:

haha. yeah, I've done some big ones and I've learned they can hurt you if you're not careful. That's why I always paint in full plate mail. =)

You got a great head. It's all head-like.
I absolutley love it. The colours work so well together and the layout (unplanned, im assuming) is just perfect. Definatley a fav, in my eyes :D
Thank-you. Yes, they're almost always unplanned. More fun that way.=)

Water or a cloud, either way, it's energetic! The vibrant blue like that is rarely my favourite colour for water OR sky, but this is so well integrated into the movement of the painting that it really appeals to me. Nice work!

Loki: *tangled in net* Noooo... I caught me! And you all will NEVER be able to take that away from me! Victory is MINE, bitches!
Thank-you so much. I hope my paintings have energy and movement- I'm usually moving all over the place when I'm making them. =)
